The work aimed at consolidating the #Asteasier start-up on the market is intensifying. Last week, Asteasier partner Day One attended the Food ingredients Europe trade fair in Frankfurt, Germany. Day One is active in the development of the Asteasier product and has used its presence at FI Europe to connect with various stakeholders in the food industry. FI Europe is in fact considered a point of reference for food&beverage manufacturers and brands seeking practical and innovative solutions to secure their supply chain and future-proof their operations from R&D to delivery. The event represented an opportunity to introduce Asteasier to various international players, both European and from other continents, especially from Asia: in addition to presenting the scientific results achieved during the EU-funded Asteasier project (which will finish at the end of December), FI Europe allowed to gain meaningful insights in terms of business opportunities for the new-born start-up and identify new potential markets for the Asteasier products.
