The sales team continues to drive success by bringing new group business to Southwest Louisiana. Their efforts play a critical role in supporting our economy and our community. Vice President of Sales, Taylor Beard Stanley gives us a look at what's in store for 2025 and explains why meetings matter. Taylor, why is the sales team working to increase lead generation by 5% and what are the strategies driving this effort? So Candy, you know, for me, the theory is the more leads that you generate, the more opportunities you have to win a piece of business. So that's really kind of why we are focusing on lead generation this year. But there are several strategies that we're using to kind of meet that goal next year. So first, we have a platform called Mint Plus that has the capabilities to allow us to put in event parameters that really meet what we can host in this destination. And it populates a list of clients and events that we can reach out to. So that's something that we can really use as a tool in our toolbox. Second, we are going to be focusing on networking. I think as salespeople, that's always part of the things that. We do every year. So we are going to be members of MPI, LSA, ES, GMP and a couple of other organizations to really enhance networking and building those relationships to create some opportunities. And then lastly, we are attending some new trade shows this year. So you know, in order to have new leads, we need to meet new clients, right. And so we're doing Mpis, World Education conference, that's going to be an exciting one. And then we're also doing Destination SE which really focuses on. Events that are interested in hosting in the Southeast. So it felt like a good fit for us. Taylor now tell us how to securing new group business enhance not only our destination, but our local economy and our partners right. So every meeting and event has an economic impact. What we do really well as a destination organization is like repeat business we have clients that love meeting here they come every year and that's great but we also need to make sure that we're working on that new business because. Layering those meetings on top of each other is what is going to create compression in the market. When you create that compression, it drives ADR, it drives occupancy, it benefits multiple types of partners. And you have people who are going out to eat, you have people who are shopping, spending money in gas. So really, you know those tax dollars are staying in our community and that's really great. So I really think that we're great at repeat business, but adding that new business on top is going to be in. Important to expanding our impact. Alright, well, thank you so much, Taylor.
