Last year, I found myself in an unexpected situation but not a bad one ?? representing and standing as a witness in a case brought by a customer. I initially went in expecting straightforward arguments, but each conversation uncovered layers of complexity that i had not fully anticipated before. Witnessing the process and observing other cases firsthand was incredibly enlightening, answering questions also broadened my perspective in ways i had not anticipated at all. Every time I stepped in, I encountered an evolving story that deepened my understanding of what it truly means to serve our customers rightly and not when we feel like.
