One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is meeting customers & users. In some of those meetings, you encounter customers who challenge our perspectives and product offerings at the same time they are open to listening & understanding our viewpoints. Such meetings are not only enriching, but also reminds you to keep your egos in check, be open to listening to your customers, which ultimately helps us deliver the best possible outcomes to the product roadmap & product growth. #CustomerExperience #SaaS
