I exist in opinions — in perceptions, judgments, and fleeting impressions of every person who’s ever crossed my path. They see me through their own lenses, shaped by experiences and biases. Some see someone magnetic, others see someone distant… but the truth? I am none of these. I’ve been many things in many eyes. Strong. Mysterious. Confident. Detached. People have a way of simplifying complexity, reducing layers to labels. But behind every version of me that exists in someone’s mind is a side they’ll never fully see. There’s always more beneath the surface. It’s easy to get lost in what others think. To mold yourself into an image that isn’t yours. But I’m choosing to change that now—choosing to step away from all the noise and focus on being. Being present. Being me, without the need for validation or attention. Just living life, savoring its nuances, and reconnecting with who I am beyond all the opinions. Sometimes you have to detach, reflect, and redefine what really matters. Because in the end, the only voice that should echo in your mind is your own. #storytelling #filmaking #selfgrowth #SelfReflection #PersonalGrowth #Mindfulness #SelfAwareness #fyp

?? ?????????????? ???? ?????????????? ????: ?????? ?????????????? ???? ???????? ?????????????????? Have you ever caught yourself doubting your own abilities because of an inner voice that keeps playing on repeat? Maybe it tells you, “??????’???? ?????? ???????? ????????????” ???? “??????’???? ?????????? ??????????????”. Now, pause for a moment. What if I told you that this voice, as convincing as it sounds, might not even be true? Here’s an interesting perspective: the mind has this incredible ability to talk to itself. It crafts stories—some empowering, others limiting. But here’s the catch—it also has the ability to pick up ideas and energies from other realms of thought. Imagine a radio tuning into different frequencies. Not every frequency is yours to claim. Often, the opinions we hold about ourselves are nothing more than borrowed thoughts or fleeting interpretations of past experiences. You don’t need to take everything your mind whispers so personally. The next time a self-doubt pops up, challenge it. Rewrite the narrative. ?????????? ??????, ???? ?????? ???????? ?????? ???????????? ??????????????, ?????? ?????? ?????? ???? ?????????? ???????????????????? ????????? #SelfReflection #Mindfulness #PersonalGrowth #PositiveMindset #InnerVoice #MentalHealthMatters #EmpowerYourself #ChallengeYourThoughts #RewriteYourStory #SelfBelief #EmotionalWellness #Inspiration #LinkedInCommunity

I’ve realized that being present starts with a simple yet powerful practice: acknowledgment. ?? First, I tune into myself—my emotions, feelings, and thoughts. I take a moment to notice what’s going on inside without judgment. Then, I shift my attention outward—to the environment, the sounds, the energy around me. Doing both simultaneously grounds me in the here and now. It’s like hitting the "reset" button, bringing intentionality to the present moment. ?? It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it. How do you bring yourself back to the present? ?? Ruchira More Gokhale #BePresent #MindfulMoments #AuthenticLiving #InnerAwareness #GrowthJourney #MindfulnessPractice

Does hearing your recorded voice make you cringe and think, 'Who's that?' ?? While recording for a recent project ???, this phenomenon took on a whole new meaning for me. This difference between how we hear ourselves and how others hear us isn't just about voices. It's a perfect metaphor for life: - The photo we hate of ourselves, but others love ?? - The dress (or suit) we feel self-conscious in, but receives compliments ?? - The presentation we think we fumbled, but the audience found inspiring ?? - The advice we give casually, but changes someone's life ?? - The skill we take for granted, but others find impressive ?? Isn't it fascinating how our self-perception can be so different from how the world sees us? ?? I'm exploring some intriguing methods to bridge this gap. The potential for personal growth is exciting! ? More to come soon. Meanwhile, remember: we're often more capable and appealing than we give ourselves credit for. ?? #SelfAwareness #PersonalGrowth #Mindfulness

There is only this Present Moment. Take this moment to Return to Presence. You are only ever in this Moment. Past and future are human made concepts. The future is dreamt up in this Present Moment. The past is remembered only in this Present Moment. You Create Everything in this Present Moment. When you feel your mind is super active, simply and non-judgmentally label where your mind is and what it's doing. If you're ruminating on the past, label it, "worrying about the past," when dreaming about the future, label it, "imagining the future," And bring yourself back to the Present Moment. #presentmoment #presence #awareness #abundance #consciousness #presentmomentawareness

We all have moments when our thoughts run wild, convincing us of many things that may not necessarily be true. It's easy to believe every thought that crosses your mind, especially the negative ones. But just because we think something doesn't make it a true indisputable fact. Our minds are like radios, constantly picking up broad signals and playing them back to us, on a loop. Sometimes, the signal is clear, and other times, it's jammed full of static. The key is to recognize that the static—those negative, fearful, or self-doubting thoughts—isn't really the truest broadcast. When you find yourself caught in this loop of negative thinking, take a step back. Ask yourself if these thoughts are based on reality or just passing through. Often, you'll find that they're just temporary background noise, not reflective of your true self or situation, not even close. Ask yourself, is it true? What is the evidence that it's true? Could the opposite be true? By practicing this level of self-awareness, you can begin to separate yourself from unhelpful thoughts and focus on what truly matters. It's about tuning into the right frequency—one that empowers and uplifts you. #Mindfulness #MentalClarity #Empowerment #SelfGrowth #Resilience #MindsetShift #InnerStrength #SelfAwareness

Sometimes affirmations can affect us Indirectly..?? In "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck," Mark Manson suggests that if you truly believed you were beautiful, wealthy, healthy, and happy, you wouldn't need to constantly remind yourself. Affirmations can sometimes highlight our insecurities rather than our strengths. Manson's philosophy is about embracing our flaws and focusing on what genuinely matters to us. If we are secure in our self-worth and clear about our values, we don't need to continuously affirm them. Instead of repeatedly telling ourselves we are beautiful or successful, we should aim to understand and accept ourselves, flaws and all. Affirmations can be helpful, but they should come from a place of genuine self-acceptance, not insecurity. #PersonalGrowth #SelfAcceptance #TrueValues #Mindfulness

Good Morning Soul Tribe, I was recently asked about the magical trio of my 3C approach. I thought I would share with my tribe today. Confidence in Spirit, Connection to Your Highest Self, and Clarity of Mind are the 3C's that guided my deepest level of personal growth. After going through some challenges in life and being asked how I got through them I realized in reflection, it was the 3C's. Confidence in Spirit - It starts with believing in the power within you. Trust that you are guided, supported, and incredibly capable. When you move with confidence, you illuminate the path not only for yourself but for others as well. Too often I found myself looking outside of Erica for what was inside of me. Gaining that confidence places you in a league of your own. Connection to Your Highest Self - Dive deep. The journey inward brings you face to face with your purest essence, your highest self. This connection is your most truthful guide, always nudging you towards what aligns best with your soul. Connecting and trusting your highest self will keep you growing and going to higher levels. Clarity of Mind - With so many voices around and within, clarity seems like a rare gem. But here's the secret: Simplify. Cut through the noise by grounding yourself and focusing on what truly matters. Clarity emerges when you quiet the mind and listen to your heart. Step away, take a walk, go for a ride, sit by some water or take a ME TRIP. Take that time to get quiet and gain clarity. Listen. Let's embark on this journey together, embracing our inner strength and wisdom. We are all in this together, growing, learning, and thriving in our divine light! #energeticerica #Confidence #Connection #Clarity #SpiritualJourney #HigherSelf #Mindfulness #Empowerment Let's make magic happen!

The Layers :?Quiet people have the loudest minds Quiet individuals often possess an inner world teeming with thoughts, reflections, and observations. While they may not always speak up in social settings, their minds are anything but silent. Instead, they engage in deep contemplation, analyzing situations from multiple perspectives and pondering the intricacies of life. Their silence isn't a sign of emptiness but rather a reflection of the complexity within. These individuals often have a rich imagination and a keen ability to introspect. Their quiet demeanor allows them to tune into their thoughts with great clarity, fostering creativity and insight. In silence, they explore ideas, solve problems, and develop a profound understanding of themselves and the world around them. Quiet people often communicate through actions, subtle cues, and the depth of their presence rather than through words alone. Their minds buzz with intellect, emotion, and imagination, influencing their every decision and interaction. While their voices may be soft, the impact of their thoughts reverberates loudly, shaping their lives and often leaving a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to glimpse the depth of their inner world. Listening mindfully and acting skillfully is a practice that requires intention, presence, and self-awareness. When we listen with our full attention without rushing to respond or judge, we create space for deeper understanding—not only of others but also of ourselves. Mindful listening is about being fully present in the moment, setting aside distractions, and tuning into what's being said—not just the words but the emotions, intentions, and needs behind them. It's a practice that allows us to connect more deeply with others and respond with care and thoughtfulness. When we act skillfully, it means we take what we've heard and choose our actions wisely. Rather than reacting impulsively or based on assumptions, we make decisions that are aligned with our values and the well-being of ourselves and others. It's about responding with compassion, clarity, and intention. In a world full of noise, listening mindfully can be the greatest gift we give to others—and ourselves, don't you think? So how do you listen mindfully and act skillfully in your life? #selfcompassion #mindfully #mindfulme #connection #selfawareness
