Scientifically impossible!!!!! Multitasking is?scientifically impossible.?Our brains are not designed to focus on multiple things at once, and when we attempt to multitask, we become more easily distracted and less productive, score lower on tests for recalling information, and make more errors.?What we commonly refer to as multitasking is better described as task-switching because the brain is not capable of intently focusing on two serious tasks at the same time. Check out the article...link in comments (dated March 2021). Why do employers still list multitasking as a must have skill in job descriptions? Virtual Agility #HeartShapedHR

Such a fascinating insight, Kate! ?? It's interesting how many still value multitasking despite its drawbacks. What do you think could replace this myth in job descriptions to reflect real productivity skills?

I find it interesting that even knowing multitasking isn't effective, many still chase that ideal. Focusing on one task can really boost quality.
