Is what we fondly or fiercely call “the Region” spreading across Northwest Indiana like urban sprawl? Or will it forever be the same geographical spot on any map? A mayor in Northwest Indiana prompted this question, and I then began wondering how many other cities and towns are considered part of the Region, or not. How about Michigan City? Dyer? Chesterton?
