CABIN CREW job is not subject to seasonal work contracts, in most EU countries. I am amazed how a work contract degradation is presented as fabulous opportunity! Amazing "socialwashing" by a company that DOES NOT OFFFER normal employment for pilots & cabin crew. Evidence seen so far is either self employed or fixed term contracts with twmporary work agencies. Can any pilot and cabin crew demonstrate a regular, permanent employment contract in an EU state? Would be interested to see. What does it mean? Have companies have started to invest their money to lobby for changes in legislation to redefine air crew job as seasonal work? Maybe.
