Thankful for this team. I have been in the bike industry 33 years and I have to say this is one of the best groups I’ve had the pleasure of working with. It’s the biggest team I’ve ever assembled and I’ve learned a lot in the process. Finding the right people at the right time might be the most difficult part of growing a business, but when it all clicks it’s an amazing feeling. I’m looking forward to leading this rad group of mountain bikers to big things for Propain and showing the industry what this incredible group can accomplish!
Great leaders build great teams. Awesome bikes certainly help build excitement and passion to come into work every day, but great leaders keep them engaged and loving what they do. Congrats on the team Vic!
