Here are some simple ways to handle stress: Make Rest a Priority: It’s not just about getting enough sleep—it's about giving yourself time to relax. Try taking short breaks to breathe or meditate throughout your day. Practice Mindfulness: Taking a moment to focus on the present can really help clear your mind. Just a few minutes of being aware of your surroundings can make a big difference. Move Your Body: Whether it’s a gentle walk, yoga, or dancing in your living room, moving helps release stress and lifts your mood. Get Outside: Nature is a great healer. Spend some time outdoors—whether it’s a park, a garden, or just your backyard. Fresh air does wonders! Talk to Someone: Sharing how you feel with friends or family can lighten the load. It’s okay to lean on others for support. Let’s remember to take care of ourselves. By focusing on rest and simple activities, we can manage stress better and feel more balanced.

?? Perspective is a complex thing. Often, we're so convinced of our own reality that we overlook the fact that no two perspectives are the same. For instance, when we encounter an unhoused person, our first thought might be influenced by societal biases, perceiving them through a lens of danger or disease. But it's not the first thought that defines us—it's the second. That second thought is mindfulness, it is our humanity, it is where we step back, challenge our conditioned responses, and seek a deeper understanding of the context behind the situation. At The Radical You, we believe in looking beyond the surface to uncover the full truth, getting to the root cause. #Abundance #GuidedMeditation #MeditationsfromtheGarden #AI Abundance comes in many forms — and it is our birthright as human beings to have it in every way possible — take that naughty grin off your face! And yes, I have already used two M-Dashes because I love them and not because I am AI, although having said that I must add that I love AI tools. For me, they are creative resources to be used like the artists of yore used to employ apprentices. The greats — Michaelangelo etc. — came up with the concepts, and the apprentice artists coloured in the work. That is how I use AI tools, anyway, (metaphorically speaking) although other people seem to use them the other way around. I do not understand why people use AI to generate ideas, as it is well-known that AI cannot come up with original ideas, it can only rehash stuff that it has been taught; it is a repeater so far (it may take a quantum leap and change to an original force in the future). As yet, it is like many hubots who can only operate within their limited social conditioning — have I invented a new word? Anyway, enough with the M-Dashes and back to today’s point and today’s new word. DON’T BE A HUBOT. As humans, we have the power to change our conditioning i.e. our programming, and therefore our reality. We have the power to manifest whatever we want, and the guided meditation in this video can help you to understand HOW to manifest whatever you want. Use it wisely!
