Oghenetega Gbadagri shared some fantastic tips on reducing aches and pains from screen time, and I've got a few more to add: Foot Placement Ensure your feet are on books or boxes under your desk to keep your thighs parallel to the floor and hips slightly higher than your knees, reducing stress on your lumbar spine. Chin Up Maintain a straight chin when using your phone to lessen tension in the back of your neck. Remember the 20/20/20 Rule Take a 20-second break every 20 minutes of screen time by focusing on something 20 feet away to reduce eye strain.
