So this this story is a good one for a candidate experience and even as a recruiter experience for me. So I was recruiting on an ERP developer title of the position leaned a little bit more towards more of like an analyst, but further discussion with the client it was leaning in more towards a developer. So found found a really good candidate, cemented them over. Did a first round pre screen candidate was starting to feel a little not confident. In the role felt like maybe they were maybe not the the full fit for it and I assured them, hey, listen, they had are acknowledged for gaps. They'll they'll help bring you up to speed if there is those. So I would continue to have that that technical interview and and and they agreed. And after that interview, the candidate was blown away. They were like, Oh my gosh, you're right. I am the right fit for them and and I can grow in this organization, which will really help with what my career path is from from that. Standpoint so Fast forward a couple more rounds of interviews get to the offer stage leaned into to a colleague of mine to discuss a little bit difference between you know, profit sharing and bonus that helped the candidate make the decision to to accept the offer he's on on cloud 9 and and he's starting actually think about a week from now so overall great experience and learning for me as well so.
