Verne is excited to unveil the world-first cryo-compressed hydrogen heavy duty truck! Cryo-compressed hydrogen maximizes hydrogen density, extending range and payload for Class 8 trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles that need to travel long distances and haul heavy loads. Verne will conduct drive testing of the truck in advance of multiple commercial pilots. Read more: https://lnkd.in/g73iDfsi Diesel Tech Industries Alberta Innovates Edmonton Global
Big congratulations to the Verne team on the launch of the world’s first cryo-compressed hydrogen truck! A groundbreaking step for sustainable heavy-duty transport ?? ??
That's incredible! Congratulations guys!
Nice ??
Congrats to all Verne Teams !! Exciting !
Congratulations! Two Questions: You're writing "density of 73 g/L, a 33% improvement over liquid hydrogen", what is the improvement given in the same package space with reduced inside watervolume due to volume losses by the carbon fiber wrapping? And can you say something regarding dormancy time?
Hydrogen is coming in the form of FCEV and combustion engines! We just refuse to accept it for some reason......
Congratulations to all involved. I look forward to following the progress of the drive testing.
??
Congrats to the team that made this possible ??
