??Fire season has begun, which is too bad and too dangerous! Please be careful and make smart decisions. Wildfires close portion of Yukon’s North Klondike Highway — again The post reports that a wildfire is currently near the road, less than a kilometer away, and poses a risk to power infrastructure. Efforts are underway to protect the power lines and highway by constructing a dozer guard using heavy equipment, helicopters, and crews.
