Announcing the newest AM series production at rpm - the AirPad System Send Gear Group , produced with the materials and machines from Carbon brings lattice comfort for ballistic helmets here in Europe. The product was particularly challenging because we dealt with a heavy weight to thickness ratio within the padding and rather extreme use cases. But with the technical focus of rpm and the clear guidance from Send Gear founder Tim Pausch - we were able to bring this product to launch in record time. The Carbon #designengine also played a key role as we work with multi-zonal #lattice for testing and #productdevelopment to acheive specific collaping and cushioning behavior under defined loads.
