It’s incredible how a simple practice of acknowledging three things we’re grateful for can transform our mindset ?? Whether simply thinking about 3 things we are grateful for, or jotting them down, the impact is profound. We all prefer different methods—I adore my gratitude jar! This also works well for teams - at the start of a training session, I always ask “what are you grateful for” it’s amazing what comes up and how the mood of the room changes ??
