Is a new update coming for your supported document on your listings? Yes! and this update is about simplifying your customers' shopping experience! ??? Starting January 29, 2024, Amazon is streamlining product listings by no longer supporting certain document types on your product detail pages. But here is the guide to transition with ease! ?? What's changing? ?? Here's the scoop: Document types like 2D CAD, 3D CAD, Application Guide, Brochure, and more will no longer be supported for uploading or editing on your product detail pages. This helps standardize product information and ensures your customers can quickly find what they're looking for. ??? But don't worry, your customers can still view any existing unsupported document types on your product detail pages, and you'll have access to transfer content from all your documents right here in Seller Central. ?? Mark your calendars! On February 26, 2024, any unsupported document types will bid adieu to your product detail pages and Seller Central. So, what's next? Here's your action plan: ?? 1?? Head to Manage Product Documents before February 26. 2?? Either move information from unsupported document types to the relevant section of your product detail page (like the product description) or 3?? Re-upload your content from unsupported document types to one of the 14 supported ones. For instance, an 'Application Guide' can smoothly transition to a 'User Guide.' ?? If your listings were a little dusty on top, maybe this is the opportunity to give them a touch-up! ?? Stay tuned for the updates and my following events to come ??
Good heads up for both sellers and customers!
