So Kellogg School did a study to find out what the influence of a negative employee or positive employee had in a technology company within a 25 foot radius. And here's what they found out. Working next to somebody that's a performer at a company, positive, love the company, they're going places. You're performance improves 15% within a 25 foot radius. But if you sit next to somebody that's negative, doesn't like the company complaints all the time, they're always late, they leave early, you're performance declines 30%, positive 15%, negative 30%. And this was that technology companies. So why does this matter? See, this doesn't just apply to us as adults. You know, for us at a certain phase of our lives, we had a friend that really made us make bad decisions. Or maybe we were different that made some people make bad decisions. I'm having a call with a guy yesterday who's thinking about a state planning is that phase of his life that he's got real money. He's talking about kids. How do I protect my kids about monks, this and all this other stuff. And I said, look, as we age, the reality is for us as parents, what matters is who is in our kids ears, if you can. Filter out and protect who's on your kids ears. Their language is a byproduct of who's in their ears. That's friends, that's parents, that coaches, that's mentors. So we have to be protective of that with our kids. It applies as adults and kids, so. Our entire job in life, at least what I have to learn is learning how to network and build relationships. It's not easy, it's tough, but it's one of the most important skill sets you can pick up as an adult, both for you and the people around you. So.
