Expanded the Systemic Change Initiative that teaches people how to fish as well as where to go fishing. ? Expanded the Underserved Communities Initiative by putting more than 1.7 MILLION DOLLARS in at-risk and distressed areas. ? Better aligned our program portfolio to the Integrated Client Journey to remove barriers during crisis. ? Responded to two natural disasters by providing more than 100K of financial assistance to help families recover. ?Refined data collection, analysis and reporting methods. ? Launched a new communication platform to increase both efficiency and capacity. ? Enhanced employees’ retirement strategies, making significant contributions to honor past service and promote the level of commitment, excellence and high quality it takes to achieve our mission. ? Piloted a new approach for our Leadership Development Program by traveling across seven districts to render seven different implementation methods. ??Completed the Rice University Leadership for Nonprofit Executives program.
