Being part of a start-up is a one-of-a-kind experience. It’s not just about a career or working with a team—it’s an intense journey, packed with challenges, growth, and moments that stay with you forever ?? What makes this journey so extraordinary? It’s the people you share it with. The culture you build together. The sense of belonging that turns "work" into something deeply meaningful?? ?? In my work with organizations, I’ve seen how vital it is to create a strong cultural foundation—one built on trust, collaboration, and connection. A positive work environment doesn’t happen by chance; it’s the result of deliberate effort. And it’s what enables teams to face the inevitable ups and downs with resilience and purpose ?? . This is the core of what I do: helping companies cultivate cultures where people feel inspired, supported, and empowered to do their best work. Because it’s not just about surviving the rollercoaster—it’s about thriving through the ride. ?? What role do you think culture plays in building strong, resilient teams? Let’s discuss! #StartupLife #CompanyCulture #Belonging #PeopleFirst?

Working in a start-up is more than just a job... It’s actually even more than family .... maybe a bit like one of those jungle camps—never watched, but sounds about right! ???? In some cases, it creates bonds that last a lifetime. ?? We’ve been on one crazy rollercoaster ride together, filled with incredible highs... and moments that tested us to the core. Last night, I enjoyed a great dinner with part of the former senior management team of woom. Such a great evening with Valerie Ferencic, Bernhard Schmidt and Nick Coverdale. Ulrike Katschnig, Alexander Kohl: You were definitely missed—we need to make it happen next time! ?
Culture is a statement defining who fits (staff as well as customers). If a culture is crystal clear it boosts efficiency, team spirit, mission and vision. I would love to work with people whose culture is tangible and practiced in everyday work. I would love to buy from people whose culture interacts with my values. Therefore, culture is a wonderful tool for wellbeing and success. ??
The importance of culture cannot be overstated—it truly is the heart of any successful team. Especially in start-ups, where challenges and change are constant, a trustful and inspiring culture can make the difference between merely surviving and truly thriving. I also work on fostering positive, empowering cultures—so inspiring to see how our goals align. Thank you for sharing this insight, let’s keep the conversation going!

1 个月Such an inspiring post. I absolutely agree, the culture a team builds together is the key to not just overcoming challenges but truly growing from them. Trust, collaboration, and that sense of belonging make such a huge difference – especially in the often fast-paced and unpredictable start-up world. For me, a strong culture is like a safety net that catches teams and at the same time gives them the courage to try new things.?
