Big things are happening – our new product is launching next week! ?? I’ve had the privilege of leading the strategy for this launch, and I’m beyond excited to finally see it come to life. It’s been a long time in the works, and the journey has been an incredible learning experience for both myself and our team. This product represents Lyre's Spirit Co continued commitment to innovation, quality, and of course, mindful drinking. While I can’t share all the details just yet, I can say this—what we’ve created marks a new step for Lyre’s. It’s our first product to use agave as a sweetener, and it’s a refreshing, no-compromise alternative that we’re proud to bring to market. Personally, I’m most excited to see how the next few weeks unfold and what we continue to learn from the process. ? Reflecting on True Professional Fulfillment ? Since joining DogPack full-time on September 16, I’ve already accomplished more than I did in years at previous companies. It’s incredible what you can build when you’re given trust, autonomy, and the tools to actually make things happen. No micromanagement. No arbitrary limits. Just a talented and genuinely kind team that values everyone’s unique skills. And it’s amazing what a difference that makes. 130% of quota??. What a start to the year. It’s the last day of the month and our Firefish Software growth team are sitting at 130% of quota. We haven’t done anything overly fancy or groundbreaking. Just doubled down on what we started last year. Great content from the team driving demand and a brilliant performance from the team converting sales. We’re also getting a lot of messages from people saying that they are seeing us everywhere at the moment which is brilliant. I dunno, maybe this whole dry January, healthy eating thing does have an impact on performance. Sure we’ll find out next month how pints and takeaways impact.
