#Fieldservice is not the only service function suffering a talent and engagement crisis. According to the "Voice of the #ContactCenter Agent" (N=465+ respondents), a whopping 75% of respondents do not intend or are uncertain whether or not they will remain a Contact Center Agent for the duration of their career. 69% of those that said "no" will be leaving the role in the next 3 years. This is the first edition of this important survey which is a companion to our Voice of the #FieldServiceEngineer survey which has amassed 10k+ technician respondents over the years. We expect a similar path for this annual research effort.
