It is easy to preach and advise people but living that way in your own life is not easy…. That’s what I have heard many say or think ??
When we started to think how we want to celebrate Diwali this year in SKC, I just got an idea and the idea was not easy atleast for a North Indian cultured organisation.
That is serving ‘Sadya’ to all Guests n members of SKC family.
Those who know can understand it is a Herculean task to set up n serve Sadya to everyone with our own hands n that too a set of 17 dishes to each person in their banana leaf while the other person receives the food with utmost love n gratitude.
We didn’t want the caterer to serve. We wanted everyone to be involved.
It overwhelmed me when I saw, everyone in the team including few guests coming forward to serve first and then sit for their own food.
In a world where when the buffet is opened, people only think about getting their food first, now watching people to go ahead n serve others first and that too with so much love and joy, brought tears to my eyes as to how the whole team lapped up the idea, made it happen and then participate in executing with joy and enthusiasm.
And prior to this the whole team including the senior management cleaned and decorated the office with their own hands. ??
So, No…. It is not easier said than done. It is possible.
Building a culture of Conscious Entrepreneurship is possible.
Allow it to happen for yourself and your people.
Allow organisations to be a place of love, joy and success.
Allow the consciousness to expand and grow.
