Did you know? Los Angeles is preparing to host the 2028 Olympic Games, and history is repeating itself in more ways than one. Back in 1984, LA hosted one of the most financially successful Olympics ever, and even used the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum for the Opening Ceremony. USC played a major role in those Games, housing Olympic athletes in residence halls and hosting events like swimming and diving at the newly built McDonald’s Swim Stadium. In total, 36 Trojan athletes competed, winning 9 gold, 11 silver, and 4 bronze medals. Fast forward to 2025: Elisabeth Freinberg, Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel of the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, will share how the city is gearing up once again for the global spotlight at the 2025 Real Estate Law & Business Forum. Today is your last chance to register to join us on February 27 at the Jonathan Club! Don't miss the conversation: gould.law/REF
