In times of major disasters, it good to have supportive governments come in to help. That includes neighbors and those who can afford to do so and those who view it as the humane thing to do. Emergency planning for governments, businesses, and important organizations should include COOP (Continuity of Operations Plan) planning. Sadly this is how they treat their employees Ask about the containers not getting fumigated, ask about cocoa beans getting fumigated dangerously against label, ask about covering up of poisoning of its workers Western fumigation pest company who poisoned 3 Philly union workers 19 years ago n covered it up by not telling the EPA, then fired all 3 workers bc they were sick from Methyl Bromide poisoning , Orkin is the sister company and the parent company Rollins knew about the whole thing, they still to this day bully us thru the legal system,here’s the video,all true,all proven in court, also they pull tarps off cocoa beans at Pier 84 without wearing proper masks that is exactly how Terminex poisoned its workers!!! Best part is if Western never treats your container but charges you for it, both illegal and fraudulent that was taught by managers to save money!!! They cut container locks at Packer Ave 20-30 a day and replace locks with western locks deeming containers fumigated without using one drop of Methyl Bromide but charging all of them accordingly… so illegal, definitely Not putting your people first or cargo!!! Hurricane Milton hit South Florida hard, and while we were out there helping our community, I learned some powerful lessons that apply not just to business, but to life – and football ??. ?? Equipment Readiness: You can’t win the game without the right gear. Whether it's helmets on the field or the right tools for the job, being ready in advance is key to tackling anything that comes your way. ??? Handling Overwhelming Demand: Just like in football, when the pressure’s on, it’s all about strategy. Balancing logistics, prioritizing safety, and knowing when to say no to certain jobs kept us focused on serving the right clients the right way. ??? Assessing Labor Force Needs: Family comes first. Managing time and ensuring the team’s health and well-being during long hours was a priority – just like taking care of your teammates on the field. ? Turning Down Business: Sometimes the best play is the one you don’t make. We couldn’t take on every job, but making those tough decisions allowed us to maintain quality and stick to our values.
