Friday greetings! We are excited to share a few construction updates from the field. A trio of our Dallas projects with?CAP Multifamily & Gordon Highlander are moving forward to wrap up in Spring of 2025. On Mail Avenue, in the Love Field West Neighborhood: balcony railings are in place, exterior painting and cabinetry are in process with finishes soon to follow. On 9th Street in Oak Cliff, exterior siding is near complete with painting close behind. Exterior flatwork and interior gypcrete is ongoing. On Ewing Avenue, in the Brentwood-Trinity Heights neighborhood of Oak Cliff near the Dallas Zoo, the townhome units are nearly complete at the exterior, with interior finishes and cabinetry ongoing, while siding and drywall are wrapping up on the apartment building.
