Construction Steps and Instructions: 1. Foundation: - Excavate the foundation area to the required depth. - Pour concrete for footings and construct the walls using plywood. - Ensure the foundation walls are square and level. 2. Wall Frame: - Install vertical studs at specified intervals (16 inches on center). - Attach the top and bottom plates to the studs. - Install wall sheathing (1/2" plywood) for structural support. 3. Roof: - Install roof trusses on top of the wall frame. - Secure the trusses with nails and connectors. - Cover the roof with roofing material such as asphalt shingles. 4. Windows and Doors: - Cut openings in the wall frame for windows and doors. - Install double-glazed windows and solid wood doors. - Ensure proper sealing and flashing around openings. 5. Interior Layout: - Designate areas for the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. - Use appropriate materials for flooring and fixtures in each room. - Install walls, doors, and windows as indicated in the layout.
