Help Needed! ??1031 exchange into a syndications via TIC. Who has done this or is doing this? I’m currently working with a couple 1031 exchange investors and helping them identify current syndications accepting exchange funds as low as $750K. Investors - If you are in an exchange or have done one in the past into a syndication, I’d love to chat. Sponsors - If you have any current deals needed exchange funds. We have $6-7M of exchange investors circling a few opportunities but we could share your offerings with them as well.
