I am very excited to share that my newest project is launching this Thursday! ? Over the past year, I have been working with a team of incredible professionals to build a unique video podcast, 30&Thriving. We believe its content will help both aspiring and existing entrepreneurs develop a healthier relationship with both success and failure ?? The inspiration for this project came to me a year ago after receiving numerous questions from friends about building a business from scratch in today's world ?? Many people who approached me had misconceptions about entrepreneurship and an unrealistic definition of success ?? I believe that social media and other content providers, like movies and TV shows, often portray success incorrectly and inaccurately. They define it as something that must be achieved quickly, with the main goal being lots of money. This portrayal is very far from the truth ? When people are exposed to this misleading definition, they either avoid starting a business, or quit soon after starting because they don't see immediate results ?? The aim of this podcast is to humanize success, showing it has many definitions. We want to demonstrate that the journey to success is more attainable than many people think ?? We will achieve this by interviewing exclusively members of Forbes 30 Under 30 from various categories, including finance, technology, arts, media, and more ?? The most important aspect of this show is not the size of their companies or how many people they employ, but the exploration of their journeys as entrepreneurs. All these high achievers are human, with ups and downs, insecurities, and indecisions. This show will delve into their realistic paths to success ?? Have you ever wanted to start a business but felt you didn't know how to raise funds? Or thought you lacked the necessary experience? Or maybe you didn't have the support of your family and friends? Have you started a business but feel stuck or going through a rough patch? Do you need help understanding how to scale up? Then this show is for you! Join us as we explore how many founders overcame these challenges and more ?? This project also represents a personal challenge for me. For those who know me, you know I have always been a very private person. I don't even have an Instagram account ????♂? But, for this project, I decided to put myself out there, with all that I am, but also all that I am not. I also held all my interviewees to this ethos. Because if there is something I have learnt in my life, it is that the argument that convinces the most, is the truth. I hope the honesty and practicality of these episodes will help some of you, even if it’s by 1% ?? We will be releasing two episodes monthly, on Thursdays. Young Bright Chatz; It's such a great feeling that I have to announce that we have launched a Podcast for youths to be able to get ideas from different young people in a Tanzanian community, by collaborating and inviting different youth-guest speakers to talk about several issues that are crucial to them. Episodic format of this podcast after every two weeks will invite youths in the field of Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Volunteerism, to share their experiences on their journeys and their advice to their youths. I have always been believing in the power of telling stories, listening to experiences of others who have either succeeded in that field or have done and learned a thing or two, not to mean that everyone's experience is going to be the same, but to learn lessons that other have gone through before learning them a hard way. I know that these experiences shared will motivate and inspire young people, especially in universities to do wonders, but will also give a chance to the speakers to share what they wish other youths should learn about what they have been doing, or what they are doing to make sure that everyone prosper. With this I attached handles on where you can find us to participate in one of the episodes to share your knowledge and experiences and also to listen to other youths who will be sharing their ideas, knowledge and skills to push for positive changes in the world.
