Here's why relationship-building is crucial and how to do it right: * Trust is the foundation: Clients buy from people they trust, not just companies. * Long-term thinking: Focus on creating value, not just closing deals. * Active listening: Understand your client's needs before pitching solutions. * Consistent communication: Regular check-ins show you care beyond the sale. * Personalization: Tailor your approach to each client's unique situation and character(in case if you know mind reading) * Deliver on promises: Reliability builds credibility and strengthens relationships.
