BREAKING NEWS: Mainstream Media Is Discussing Inflammation - But Is Missing Essential Information

Breaking news! Mainstream media discusses inflammation - and it isn't all about drugs! It is said MSM is about 20 years behind actual health news. Are you ready to ditch the pills, and truly heal?

I made a post on this a few days ago, and decided to focus on this week's Vitality Code Newsletter on this as this is significant - and I'm adding more value at the end, to support you in addressing this essential topic.

Chronic inflammation underlies all chronic illnesses and accelerates aging. Hence “inflamma-ging.” It has been my primary subject since 2015, (the Primary subject of The Vitality Secret, 2016, & The Vitality Code, 2023).

Chronic Inflammation Underlies Chronic Illnesses

It became my focus after I healed eczema by addressing inflammation (after 30 years of harmful treatments that caused permanent skin damage.)?I quickly found that a similar formula could be applied to virtually any label of “chronic illness.”

This article is partially useful. As usual, it directs your attention to certain drugs - which I would avoid unless an emergency. With that said, it’s a lot less drug (& surgery)—biased than usual - it steers the reader in natural ways, refreshing to see. It mentions HS-CRP, a blood test I recommend every client, friend and family member to have to determine systemic markers.

The great news about chronic inflammation is that it can be healed - and naturally. It CANNOT be addressed with a drug! As part of this article suggests. Why is that?

What is inflammation? Firstly, it’s a healthy immune response. It is our immune system protecting us from a threat(s) on the body - only, when this happens consistently, the body starts to produce symptoms depending on your genetic code - to ALERT you that you are inflamed. Symptoms are your body's warning lights. Pick a label of chronic illness, any label.

How else would we know if the body is inflamed/out of balance? The body must have a mechanism to tell us.?These symptoms have been labelled “chronic illness” or “genetic disease” - is that useful?

What is more empowering? Understanding what creates the illness in the first place?

What is a threat on the body? Simply: A physical threat, or a perceived threat (chronic stress) - and/or deficiency of essential cell fuels.

#Inflammation

What is a physical threat? Any form of toxin - within the "food" supply - and far beyond food. Anything “foreign” to the body. This might be within the body, or toxins the body is exposed to.

You might consider asking yourself:

"What is my body exposed to that is not in alignment with Nature?”

Health can be simple.

Nature has the answers to address in Inflammation. One cannot take a drug for inflammation, because drugs CAUSE inflammation!

They make you think you’re ok when your symptoms ease, but what happens underneath?

The underlying cause (inflammation ??) is IGNORED, allowing it to worsen unnoticed. Thus… down the line, a new symptom is presented (by the drug), for which…. another drug is prescribed.?Your immune system does not recognise a SYNTHETIC drug. It is foreign.

Hence the “pill for an ill” leads to a “pill for a pill.”?Time for change? I think so.

Here are some steps, right now, that you can take:

7 Ways To Naturally Reduce Inflammation

Are you suffering from anything chronic? Here are 7 steps to reduce inflammation ?? - the underlying cause of chronic illness, which few people test themselves for!?These are related to the physical "Pillar of Vitality." (This is not taking into account thoughts, emotions, and energy.)

Each of these fall under the "Physical" Pillar of Vitality.

1.?Test for Systemic Inflammation ?? so you have a benchmark

Action: Start with a blood test to check for inflammation markers like CRP (C-reactive protein) and homocysteine levels.

Why: Understanding your baseline inflammation ?? levels helps in targeting and tracking improvements.

2.?Start with Diet: Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition. Toxins Out. Fuel In.

Action: Replace inflammatory ?? foods such as processed foods, refined sugar, hybridized wheat (If you're in the US, that means no wheat), and GMOs with anti-inflammatory options. In other words, true food, is not tampered with by my man or fake in any way. Go organic as much as possible.

Why: Food is a powerful tool for reducing inflammation by providing the body with nutrients that heal while removing triggers that cause inflammation.

3.?Oxygenate and Activate - oxygen is our #1 cell fuel

Action: Practice deep breathing exercises and ensure regular physical activity, like walking or yoga, to oxygenate your body.

Why: Oxygen is essential for cellular repair and reducing inflammation. Proper breathing and movement also boost circulation and promote healing.

4.?Hydrate - water is our #2 cell fuel.

Action: Drink adequate pure water, the purest money can buy. Preferably energised.

Why: Hydration helps flush out toxins and keeps the body’s systems functioning properly, including those that reduce inflammation.

5.?Detoxify – Movement and Breath

Action: Engage in daily movement and deep breathing practices, such as diaphragmatic breathing, to stimulate the lymphatic system.

Why: The lymphatic system needs movement to eliminate waste from the body. We exhale 70% of our body's toxins via our breath! Physical activity also helps heat the body and release toxins. The body has many detoxification mechanisms and we can support them all with movement, and flush the liver and gallbladder if we need to.

6.?Connect with the ground.

Action: Spend time barefoot on natural surfaces like grass, sand, or dirt to practice grounding (also known as earthing). Consider Earthing sheets. Ground in the sun preferably.?(Sun is often spoken about as the ultimate nutrient and is anti-inflammatory - be smart, don't burn.)

Why: Grounding has been shown to reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and enhance healing by balancing the body’s electrical charge. Sun raises your energy, too (it provides for life on Earth.)

7.?Sleep – Ensure Adequate Sleep as Most Healing and Rejuvenation Takes Place

Action: Create a healthy sleep routine with a regular schedule, calming pre-sleep activities, and a sleep-friendly environment.

Why: Deep, restorative sleep is essential for healing, reducing inflammation, and allowing the body to repair itself.

TOXINS

A critical component of addressing chronic inflammation is to explore EVERY potential toxin which might be in our bodies, or what our bodies are exposed to.

For example: Internal to the body might be:

  1. Mercury fillings in the teeth (which also drop the voltage in their associated circuits)
  2. Infected root canals - causing inflammation and a drop in voltage
  3. Parasites, fungi, candida, bacteria, infections
  4. Heavy Metals in all forms
  5. Plastics, BPAs
  6. Spike proteins from Covid itself and from the medical intervention. Consider how the mRNA technology works: genetic material containing a genetic command for your cells to manufacture a spike protein - a pathogen. Human cells become spike protein manufacturers. We have 3 years of data now of serious adverse events and excess deaths linked with the spike proteins that travel throughout the body and to vital organs. Knowing this is empowering (as well as shocking) - because you can test for them (with various forms of energy medicine, and go about a Spike protein detox.) NOT knowing, is where people get into trouble. It might might challenge your most hardwired beliefs to come into the awareness of the dangers of this intervention - and, it might just save your life. Or at the very least, improve your life, if you have had new symptoms since 2021, or are getting sick constantly. Those who received it appear to getting sick repeatedly. This was predicted by censored virologists and doctors at the time of the launch.

I'm saying all of this not to be a "doomsday" - there are solutions to all of this. The first step is awareness, 2nd step is a solution with action. The body is a phenomenally powerful self-healing machine and resilient. We are designed to heal. We are always regenerating. Consider how fast your skin heals when it is cut. The skin is an organ, and just like every other organ, is designed to heal. They just regenerate at different rates.

We just need to find out what is preventing it from healing, step out of the way, provide it with essential fuels to heal, and allow it to do what it is designed to do: heal.

External to the body:

Environmental pollutants, chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, mould, EMFs (electromagnetic fields) from cell phone radiation, Bluetooth headsets, wifi routers, cell phone networks, and all forms of "dirty electricity." Again, knowing about this is empowering because we can protect ourselves from EMFs which have been shown to cause cellular and DNA damage. I still use all of this technology - and I protect myself. Do you turn off your phone at night or at least put it in airplane mode? That can help dramatically with sleep - if your phone is by your bed.

6,000 peer-reviewed studies have demonstrated the negative effects of EMFs on our cells. In 2017, my cell phone crashed my immune system. A specialist revealed this all to me, and entered me into the world of "The Body Electric." This is now the backbone of the work I do with my clients. We are electrical beings, wired up like a house, with different organs on different circuits. Each of our 70-100 trillion cells is electrically charged. Our teeth are pivotal to our overall health. Our teeth act as "circuit breakers" for our electrical circuitry. Our muscles act as battery packs! This is all featured in The Vitality Code.

This is a lot, so I will bring this to a close.

The other 3 pillars are Mental, Emotional and Energetic. Last week's Newsletter featured a cutting-edge method to master stress and beat burnout: Heart & Brain Coherence. Heart Coherence

I recommend having a look at that - 90% of illness is rooted in stress (and/or stress has a large part to play). We can change this stress response in our bodies, by understanding how much power we have over our thoughts and emotions. Again, very empowering stuff! When we understand the science of the placebo effect and the "nocebo" effect, everything changes.

And... we can release trapped emotions (aka trauma) that underly most illnesses, without doing any talk therapy. We can release the energy that causes PTSD. We can release the energy with various somatic practices which can actually be enjoyable.

The "Energy" Pillar is when things become truly exciting and we enter the world of energy medicine for energy medicine treatments, meditation and visualisation for rapid healing supported by the energy that creates worlds! The energy that enables spontaneous remissions - such as those that are featured at Dr joe Dispenza retreats. Have you been following his work? I feature him and my experiences in The Vitality Code. Once we delve into this world, we discover what can only be referred to as "superpowers" that we all have.

SUMMARY

Inflammation can absolutely be healed, and can only be healed naturally. This means anything related to it (pick any label of chronic illness) can be reversed. When we adhere to Mother Nature, everything changes. It's easy to lose sight of the fact that we are part of Nature, and the "Nature Codes" reign supreme. Man will never surpass them. Man can create solutions for emergency very well! For illness and disease, Nature will always win.

So when we discover where we have drifted, we can return to Nature, and She will help to repair us and to heal us.

One of the greatest gifts of exploring the holistic path is rediscovering how awesomely powerful we are as humans. We can forget terms such as "genetic diseases" and "incurable illness" - and know that the body is designed to heal. The Science of Epigenetics supports this - which states that it is the environment in the body that signals our genes, it is not the genes themselves that cause the illness. Our genes are not our destiny. Sure, we must die at some point, and let's not waste away before our time because we have drifted from Nature, so we can live a Vital life!
