ANC as the ruling party in last 30 years was never ready to rule nor intend to learn to rule, credit due to it as a leading force in bringing madness ( NP) to its knees and making some structural changes with regards to basic access to water, electricity and match box houses. However power comes with influence and that is where wheels came-off completely. Access to influence and big fat opportunities (BBB-EE) led to recycling money to same old hands and the masses became beneficiaries of R350. At the brink a new dawn or total collapse we see old citizen coming out of retirement claiming to salvage" a burning house" or what is left of it, it begs the question in my mind where we're they all along. I conclude that this rather late action is not voluntary nor coming out from honest care for the masses but rather an instruction from the puppet master simple because thier business interests faces collapse.
