And this applies to players and coaches 2 - Programs should not be funded by the players - today you only play if you can pay. 3 - Bring in coaches who really know the sport, especially at youth soccer. Today, you can become a coach after a 4h course and there are coaches at youth soccer that don't even know the rules of the game, which means they don't even watch games. If they don't even watch games, how can they know the sport, let alone coach?
