Today is launch day! ?? ?? As a dad of 2, I've had wonderful experiences with Intermountain Health and the doctors/nurses that provided care for my wife and 2 boys when they were born. There were times they went above and beyond and it didn't feel like a simple "thank you" was enough. The external recognition feature changes the way that employees are recognized and allows many frontline workers to be highlighted in ways they couldn't be previously. Historically, it's not just me who wishes there were better ways to recognize the employees who assist my family at the hospital. Deloitte recently published an article (linked in comments) discussing how employers can help close the tech gap for frontline workers and this statistic stood out: "80% of frontline employees say that their company provides few connection opportunities at work." ?? External recognition helps engage the deskless and frontline workforce by allowing their customers to celebrate the individuals that create meaningful experiences for their brand. Super pumped for this launch and what it will create for the employees of the companies we work with!

I’m heading into the weekend FEELING GRATEFUL & BLESSED. Today, my team and I wrapped up the final workshop of a nearly year-long program aimed at understanding the users of an enterprise B2B platform and creating new capabilities to better serve them. Until now, the team’s work has been done in silos—each app focused only on its own users. But today, we shifted the focus to the users of the entire platform. Our goal was to see the bigger picture and truly collaborate to improve the overall experience of working in this system. ? It was incredible to see how this shift in perspective inspired the team. Here are just a few takeaways:? >>> "I’m excited to see us lean into a user-focused approach to future system development.” >>> "I love the many opportunities for collaboration that have been defined across applications.” >>> "We’ve got solid direction forward. I look forward to receiving the summary and making plans for next steps.” >>> "What an energizing process!” I often get asked what I like best about my job. Moments like this—when teams break down silos and embrace new ways of working. I can’t wait to see what’s next for this amazing group! Imagine getting Oscars for your achievements in technology ?? ?? Yesterday we have our annual Oscar rewards ceremony in CITO area. The room was full and cheerful ?? . Everyone was excited and waiting for results. Due too great financial results of T-Mobile Polska this year price pool growth which is nice touch ?? This year we selected state of art projects and contenders in following categories: ?? ACCELERATION ?? CUSTOMER CENTRCITY ?? EFFICIENCY ?? INNOVATION ?? MINDSET ?? ATTITUDE ? I appreciate a lot and feel that members of our technological division have full right to have possibility to feel like stars ?? Outcome of our work is highly impactful to our organization growth and success. What we can observe internally is that the best mix is using state of art practices, supported by high quality tools, positive mindset and engagement. ?? I’m unbelievably proud of this team! & ridiculously proud of what was achieved in April! Here’s a few reasons why: ?? +100 NPS score (over 20 amazing reviews ??) 7?? We helped 7 companies grow their sales teams ?? Arran Collymore had Add Some Zest’s best month ever! 3?? We placed with 3 brand new customers & We rarely talk about revenue As if we do the above, revenue will follow But in April we also ?? ?? Made more revenue than in Jan, Feb, March & April 2023 combined (which weren’t bad months) All showing Add Some Zest are moving in the right direction ????
