Of course, the focus on amplifying the voices of women leaders resonated with me because it’s not just about having a seat at a table—it’s about ensuring that our presence leads to purposeful and transformative change. The discussions aligned with the work we do through BE What Matters? around Transformative Leadership: —How we choose to show up and building community matters —The intentionality behind our actions amplifies our impact. —Leadership isn’t just about leading—it’s about transforming. The connections made today were a testament to the power of women coming together with shared purpose. Last month Inkling Group Chief Delivery Officer Rashida Lowe and DEI Practice Lead Lisa Skovron led 29 DEI, HR, OD, Talent & People leaders in Sydney and Melbourne for in-person discussions around elevating DEI as a strategic priority. ?? The conversations were wide-ranging, covering topics such as leveraging data-driven decision-making to link DEI initiatives to business outcomes, supporting employees through life stages and flexible work options, and tackling systemic barriers and 'sticky floors' that hinder the advancement of women and other underrepresented groups. While there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to these challenges, the power of collective insight cannot be overstated. Bringing leaders together to share their experiences and uncover fresh perspectives is a key step toward creating more #inclusiveworkplaces, and we can't wait to do it all over again in the new year! ??
