The Institute for Healthcare Delivery Design (IHDD) is looking for an ???????????????? ???????????????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????????? to support an exciting project with the state of Illinois. We are looking for someone with specific experience in internal communications and change management. This role will focus on strategically engaging employees and other stakeholders, ensuring they are informed, involved, interested, and inspired with the right messages at the right time through appropriate channels. This is a 7-month part-time contract with possible opportunity to extend. Key responsibilities include: ? Developing and executing internal communication plans to support the broader initiative ? Developing strategic messaging ? Informing, involving, interesting, and inspiring employees and stakeholders ? Conceptualizing, writing, and editing content including emails, flyers, presentations, and other written communications ? Researching and preparing talking points and providing speaker preparation support to key internal client ? Adherence to corporate branding, editorial style guide and internal content strategy ? Managing the content calendar to ensure on-time reviews & approvals ?
