Following last month’s devastating urban wildfires, Los Angeles faces enormous challenges of rebuilding homes, lives, and infrastructure. The City of Los Angeles and County of Los Angeles, with State and Federal resources and support, will undertake this massive task. But the price tag will be equally massive.
