I’m an uber driver and my account was terminated for no just reason. Probably by a Bot. Can someone please help? This is my only source of livelihood. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? I contacted customer service and they said they can’t help. Have also contacted account managers on LinkedIn and no one has responded yet. Please help. I’m behind in rents just because of this.

?? Unacceptable Service Failure by Uber India ?? On February 19, 2025, I had two extremely disappointing experiences with @Uber_india , highlighting serious service deficiencies and customer negligence. 1?? Ride at 4:34 PM (Driver: Ravis) – The driver accepted my ride but never arrived. He neither canceled nor responded to my calls for 30 minutes, causing a significant waste of time. 2?? Ride at 5:31 PM (Driver: Sunil) – This was even worse! The driver started the trip, moved 50 meters, then stopped and refused to go further, claiming he didn’t realize the destination was Faridabad. He left me stranded on the roadside with no support from Uber. ?? Uber Safety Support Response? They merely stated that the driver "accepted the ride by mistake" and said sorry. Maybe I can find the solution here as to how you cancel Uber One membership permanently. There is no easy way to cancel it but buying into it is piece of cake.
Any reason why you don’t have a customer support number or email in UAE? Got charged for a ride the driver cancelled none of you seem to reply. Any reason? Or is it common practice Uber?
Maine apna parcel book kiya, driver shop par pahoncha, rider k phone se hi shopkeeper se baat krke maine shopkeeper ko payment ki. But rider samaan lekar vo ride/booking cancel krke gayab ho gaya. Uber me complaint ki mujhe rider ka number diya, rider ne ek baar call uthaya, mujhe pehchana and then mujhe block maar diya, again maine uber ko ye convey kiya. Toh uber ne mujhe issue resolve krne ka time diya 6-12 ghante ka. Call aayi maine saari baat batayi, vo kehte hai mujhe ek orr call arrange karenge. But instead of call uber par message aata hai ki rider ne kaha hai use shop nahi mili. Toh issue yahan resolve ho gaya. R u happy or not. What the fuck is this, was that representative was deff, ya paagal bedha kar rakhe hai?? Vo sirf rider hi chor nahi hai, tumhari company bhi chor hai. Accountability kisi badhe crime par loge?? Aise rider par koi action nahi jo saala Rs 550 k mutton par apna imaan bech diya kal ko badhe cheezo par nahi karega?? Parcel ka option kyun rakha jab aap log sahi se handle nahi lar sakte.
