Bureau Executive Director Morteza Farajian opened the afternoon program at the Advancing Project Delivery Excellence U.S. Housing & Community Development Conference & Expo in Dallas. He joined Marshall Macomber, MBA, CEO of ThinkP3, LLC, for a "fireside chat" on how the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) and the Railroad Rehabilitation and Improvement Financing (RRIF) Programs are being leveraged to support affordable and workforce housing initiatives, as well as commercial-to-residential conversion projects near public rail transportation hubs. The conference is spotlighting inventive strategies in development and financing to broaden access to affordable, attainable, workforce, and off-campus residences.
