About the Role: We’re seeking an energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new sales and expand our client base in Austin, TX. In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO, focusing on client outreach, follow-ups, client research, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance our sales efforts and support a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: ? Client Outreach and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, schedule meetings, and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads. ? Follow-Up Management: Handle all follow-up communications with prospects and clients, ensuring timely responses and relationship-building. ? Client Research & Preparation: Conduct in-depth research on potential clients, providing insights to support effective sales pitches and meetings. ? Product Team Collaboration: Partner with the product team to stay informed about Tymeline’s latest features and updates, enabling well-informed client discussions. ? Sales Support: Prepare materials, track client interests, and assist in showcasing Tymeline’s value propositions. ? Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a link between the leadership, internal teams, and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Qualifications & Skills: ? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ? 1 - 5 years of experience in sales, client-facing, or support roles. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer relations. ? Highly organized with attention to detail. ? Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. What We Offer: ?
