I guess my approach is wrong while hiring interns or maybe I give an opportunity to join a company as per their match. As when hiring interns, I never reject them, I ask them to take your time, make a comparison and then let me know your decision. In any ways they land a good opportunity. #hiring

Business is a funny old game... Last week we had just finished interviewing the final two candidates for our Summer Intern position then we were right into being shown around potential new office space ?? I felt a little overwhelmed... For the first time, really, in my career, I felt what could be called "imposter syndrome" (yes I hate that term, too) ?? Walking around new fancy office buildings after hiring an intern with that tiny doubt in your mind saying "You don't fit in here"... In the next few months, we're: ? - Hiring an intern with a view to a permanent role and becoming a team of 4 ? - Growing our client base ? - Adding a new "DocsDrop" service ? - Supporting new software ? - Getting an office Don't get me wrong, it's all exciting but I'm not afraid to admit this: It's also a tiny bit scary ??
