The job market in HR has been brutal the past year. I want to support our community with a new tool to amplify your job search. Amplify Talent recently partnered with Amit Taylor, the funder of?TrueUp,?to use their AI job board technology to power a new job board for HR jobs in tech companies. Trueup uses AI to scrape job boards and compile them in a searchable format with additional information to help you assess the opportunity. You can segment by location, function, geography, seniority, company stage, and more. Their tool embeds public company data including recent layoffs, glassdoor reviews, total employees, funding, investors, and more (example below) to enrich the company profiles. ???? I just signed in and can tell the interface was designed by people who know what they’re doing. It’s a small thing but most sites get it wrong - when you need to create an account and enter your email addy, make sure the caps lock is Off for the user. I’m not a programmer but I’m guessing it’s a relatively easy thing to do, right? Shows attention to detail and is a small thing but it makes a big satisfaction impact!
