Here is how I’m doing it: 1) Instead of hitting snooze, I read a few pages of a book then went outside for a run. 2) Quick journaling of my intentions for the day. 3) Off to the grocery store now tonget what I need for a baller breakfast. (French toast, bacon, eggs and all the fixins’) 4) Enjoy a family meal to start the day. 5) Follow through on my intention of the day for “focus on the family and lead with love” Go crush it today.
