??The monthly cost of insuring a commercial building in the United States is projected to increase by 2030 to $4,890 for an annual $58,680, according to the Deloitte Center for Financial Services. That would be 79.4% more than the $2,726 monthly cost to insure a building last year. It also would represent an 8.01% compound annual increase.
