Here’s a little reminder for you: ?? Your well-being matters just as much as that perfect guest experience. Take those days off (yes, actually take them), spend time with loved ones, or simply Netflix and chill guilt-free. ?? Set boundaries—work may be a 24/7 gig, but you’re not a robot. Unplug when you can. ?? Celebrate small wins—nailed a tough service? Pat yourself on the back. Made it through the festive season alive? High five.
