Few KPI's which can be implemented are - 1. Whether the goods or services are delivered within the predefined TAT. Deviation in Real-time. 2. Stock Turnaround Ratio 3. Negative Stock in real time i.e. Physical vs Books Stock warehouse wise.

Somehow if one can implement "Just in time" then it will increase the overall efficiency and at the same time reduce the cost of interest on the inventory investments.
