Where do you stand? Lot of emphasis given on goals and what needs to be done. I believe the first step for all trainers is to have a deeper reflection on where do they stand in terms of: 1.Their being 2.Their services 3.Their revenue 4.Their digital presence 5.Their social proof etc.... Just being aware of the current state is good enough. It can take days to even understand what's the current state, one has to go deeper and deeper to understand.... Somedays you feel like your playing tetris in the role of vocational trainer, but then it all comes together and falls in to place, when you see the accomplishments. Shifts change or days off for learners move, staffing levels and cover needed this is real life. You start the meeting with a plan and then it all changes… it gives you the chance to see how flexible and robust people can be. I love the fact that that the learning is not set in stone but real to what is needed in industry and the needs of the learners in real situations #keepingitreal #support #realpeople
