The hardest thing about cash flowing an apartment The people that get paid the least have the biggest impact on apartment building value. The leasing agents! ???????? Why don’t we just pay the leasing agents more? Because apartment investments in Seattle yield about a 4-5% margin. ??If we pay the leasing agents more, we give up all our cash flow.
