The following factors can make your coffee even more bitter or sour 1)You're using dirty brewing equipment. 2)Your coffee beans aren't high quality enough. 3)Your coffee grinds aren't the right size for the drink you want. 4)You're brewing your coffee too long or not long enough. 5)The temperature of your water isn't optimal. 6)You have too much coffee for the amount of water or vice versa.

Coffeeeee That time of the day, 7 am to be exact. Is when you go into a coffee shop to take a coffee, so that you get to wake up your senses, open up your eyes and start your day with a warm or hot, delightful and sensual cup of coffee. We go into these coffee shops, asking for a whatever it is they call on the menu. Never mind the pocket blowing prices, and the queues that you stand remosefully, and take it as a socialising event and just breath until you get to the till to ask for your favorite cup. Then you get your cup, add sugar or what have you, some people go crazy and add nutmeg on their coffee, which is fine. But after all this heck of a process and you end up tasting cat vomit. My question is the following, Why does all the coffee in all coffee shops tastes the same and why does it taste like cat vomit? Come on, you need to really be so crap at coffee making to make the coffee taste like cat vomit.

Well, It’s a baseline of preference, now to many of us our baseline of preferences are set with cups of coffee that we take a every day at our favorite coffee shops or every morning at home, Some people do specialty some Instant. Coffee tastes like music ?? , coffee has this intense tastes, it has bitterness, it has little natural sweetness, and it has some acidity too, and when they blend well together, they are harmonious??. But of when of this taste is quite off, very quickly it becomes unpleasant??, so balance is important too. However not every great cup of coffee should have the same balance of acidity and sweetness. An Orange ?? has a different sweetness and acidity from an apple ??, but what makes them so delicious when they are perfectly ripe, is the balance of acidity and sweetness. A great cup of coffee is one that leaves you wanting more after you finish it??, it’s a coffee that puts a smile on your face with each sip ??.
