I saw a story about how companies are outsourcing accounting jobs because they cannot find accountants. Just this morning I saw at least 50 accountants looking for jobs but can't get interviews. Millions looking for jobs. Hiring is paralyzed because it chooses to be. When you create a hiring process that is so involved, so intricate, so long, with so many layers, it becomes impossible to make a decision. Let go of the OLD processes and try something new. Shorter.
