I really like the concept of being emotionally committed. This goes along with employee retention because when employees are committed to their jobs, the company will be able to retain them. When employees are emotionally committed, their well-being is likely good because they are dedicated to their jobs. If employees are not happy with their jobs, they are not likely to be emotionally committed.

yes, i think as leaders we need to point people in the right direction based on their opinions instead of telling them the answer.
